The Mini Notch Ruler is ONLY for a long arm user. It is 5″ x 1 1/2″, with a notch for the long arm hopping foot in the inside curve. It is clear, 1/4″ acrylic, and has a 1/4″ measure line around the outer edge. The rounded ends make for easy movement, so as not to get caught up in seams. Placing the hopping foot in the 1/2″ notch will give the user incredible control and accuracy around applique’, motifs and embroidery. The rounded end can also be used for scallops and half circles. Use the notched side for traveling around a shape, then flip to ditch stitch. Super efficient! Use only with a long arm machine where the machine moves over the quilt.
